Challenge

Home healthcare has to look as credentialed as a hospital and as gentle as a house call. The brief spanned heart attack symptoms, colon cancer screening, Ramadan fatigue, Flag Day and corporate clinic offers — subjects with nothing visually in common. Arabic headlines carry the entire message, so they had to stay legible over photography while twenty-six feed posts and nine vertical stories still looked like they came from the same clinic.

Approach

Every post runs a fixed architecture: the logo lockup at the top, a heavy Arabic display headline with a ghosted English keyword set behind it, the subject cut out and floated on a sky-to-white gradient, and a letter-spaced DOCTOR TO DOOR footer. Subjects are masked out and composited with soft contact shadows, the swoosh from the logo mark repeats as a corner watermark, and the palette divides the labour — navy for the body copy, the accent blue for the headline break and every call to action.

Outcome

New subjects enter the system without a redesign: the ghosted keyword, the rounded CTA pill and the gradient floor take a cardiology topic, a national holiday or a B2B pitch on the same grid. The 9:16 set applies those rules full-bleed — quizzes, seasonal frames and corporate offers trade the white field for a darkened photograph and still read as the same brand.

Feed Posts

26 pieces

CBAHI Accreditation Announcement

The brand mark rendered as dimensional signage on a glass façade to announce Saudi CBAHI accreditation, with the CBAHI and My Doctor lockups paired at the base.

Heart Attack Warning Signs

An elderly man clutching his chest, floated on gradient with a ghosted HEART ATTACK keyword behind the headline.

Vaccination Reminder

A vaccine carton and ampoules composited as a clean product still life on the campaign's sky gradient.

Balanced Nutrition Plate

A top-down plated meal framed by cutlery-holding hands, cropped to sit inside the headline block.

Trust Comes First

A gloved clinician's hand steadying a patient's hand — one image carrying the message with no supporting props.

Diabetes Screening Prompt

A glucometer reading staged in a softened living room, with the question set in a rounded white pill.

Don't Wait for Emergencies

A mother resting a hand on a sleeping child's forehead, keyed onto white with the EMERGENCY keyword ghosted below the headline.

Colon Cancer Screening

A 3D colon character holding a blue shield, under a handwritten Colon Cancer script line and awareness ribbon for the screening month.

Why Home Visits Work

A doctor seen from behind, facing a blue notice board of pinned paper answers — one of the few posts that drops the white ground for a full interior.

Sleeping Too Much

A man asleep on a blue couch in daylight, paired with a stacked headline listing possible causes.

World Hearing Day

A cupped hand at the ear, with the headline and a hand-script English word tracking the gesture.

Lab Tests at Home

A fingerstick blood test in close crop, with the ANALYSIS keyword ghosted behind the offer headline.

Home Nursing Services

A bulleted service list held in a rounded card over a blurred family photo, closing on a blue CTA bar.

Nursing at Home

A seated family enclosed by a blue ribbon heart drawn as a single continuous graphic element.

Elderly Care Promise

A nurse attending an older man in an armchair, the RESPONSIBILITY keyword ghosted across the headline.

Women's Health Checkups

A confident portrait cut out at full height, headline set to its right on open white space.

Post-Operative Home Care

The same recovery artwork again — the delivered folder carries this file twice, so the entry should be removed rather than captioned as a separate piece.

Post-Operative Home Care

The same recovery artwork again — the delivered folder carries this file twice, so the entry should be removed rather than captioned as a separate piece.

Our Medical Team

Eight nursing staff ringed around a lead doctor on a linked node diagram, with MEDICAL TEAM ghosted behind the headline.

Ramadan Headache Alert

A man pressing his temple, carrying the campaign's boxed Don't Call It Normal headline device.

Children's Sleep Changes

A sleeping child in close crop, the SLEEP CHANGES keyword ghosted across the lower third.

Ramadan Training Fatigue

A runner in mid-stride cut out on white, paired with a handwritten English script subhead.

Three Mood Tips

Three numbered tips in stacked white pills, layered over a desaturated photo of a man sitting alone.

Low Mood, Low Energy

The same seated figure without the tip cards, the BAD MOOD keyword ghosted behind the question headline.

Neck Pain Signals

A man gripping his neck, the NECK PAIN keyword ghosted where the headline meets the photo.

Saudi Flag Day

The Saudi flag wound around a Riyadh skyscraper in a 3D composite — the one feed post that lets green into the blue palette.

Stories

9 pieces

Flag Day Story

Vertical Flag Day frame with the flag sweeping over a skyline, headline anchored to the top third.

National Strength Story

The same Flag Day scene blurred back behind a white message card, closing on a rounded booking CTA at the base.

A rendered examination room — desk, chair and treatment couch — opening the workplace clinic pitch.

Workplace Clinic Benefits

The same rendered room carrying a four-point benefit list with a justified Arabic text block.

Night Fever Guidance

A child asleep in deep blue night lighting, headline reversed out for the after-hours scenario.

Doctor to Door

The night bedroom scene darkened further to foreground the 24-hour service headline and CTA.

Ramadan Farewell

A crescent moon over a graduated night sky, the season's most stripped-back frame.

Sleep Myth Answer

The answer frame, with the verdict set in a rounded outline box above the same sleeping figure.

True or False: Sleep

The quiz frame posing a sleep claim, the photo bled to the base under a light headline block.
