Miniature houses, a full-scale ownership promise
Challenge
Property marketing in the Gulf leans on glass-tower renders, dense specification blocks, and skylines that are hard to tell apart. Emaar Al-Arkan needed work that felt approachable rather than corporate, kept its Saudi-dialect headlines readable at thumbnail size, and held one visual logic across ten standalone posts and three multi-slide carousels, one of them focused on buying in Makkah.
Approach
The system is built on miniature-house photography, cut out and composited onto soft sky-blue fields with amber gold as the only second colour. Headlines run to a single line, set heavy in Arabic display type, right-aligned with generous air above the horizon so the model reads as an object rather than a backdrop. The three carousels reuse that grid, shifting crop and model scale so a sequence advances without repeating a layout.
Outcome
Twenty pieces come out of one set of rules: one horizon, one gold accent, one headline. The presentation board sets them side by side so the whole run can be read as a single system, and the miniature-house device gives the developer a signature that needs no architectural render.
