Challenge

Urology is an easy subject to skip past, and the topics that matter most — pelvic heaviness, urine odour, fasting risks — are the ones people avoid naming. The practice needed a feed that could raise them without clinical diagrams or embarrassment, and that read as one clinic rather than a run of unrelated posts. Every 1080 x 1440 layout also had to carry a long right-to-left Arabic question and a small monogram lockup without crowding the image.

Approach

Each post opens on a metaphor instead of an organ: a Newton's cradle beside a bed, a muted doctor notification, a rope cinched around a 3D bladder character. Supplied photography and rendered elements are composited into deep navy interiors lit by a single blue key, or flipped to a near-white variant of the same set-up. The Arabic question sits in a two-line stack with one phrase reversed out of a blue pill, and a tracked-out English keyword anchors the base.

Outcome

The set holds together in the grid: the same 3:4 crop, the same monogram position and the same headline mechanics, whether the frame is midnight navy or pale blue. Ramadan and national-day posts drop into that skeleton, so seasonal content never reads as a detour from the medical line.

When Symptoms Disappear

A Newton's cradle at rest on a bedside table, lit in cold blue, asks why symptoms fade on their own.

Coffee and the Bladder

A late-evening living-room scene graded into navy, framing a common myth as a question rather than a scold.

Back Pain or Kidneys

A red pain glow painted over the flank separates muscular back strain from kidney pain in a single image.

Pain That Comes Back

A wall switch bleeding red light from its off position stands in for pain that keeps returning.

When to Stop Fasting

A consultation scene in cool blue light carries the Ramadan question about when to break a fast.

Ramadan Kidney Mistakes

A bandaged 3D kidney character under fine lantern and crescent line art softens a warning about fasting habits.

Mild Pelvic Heaviness

A hand muting a doctor's notification turns putting it off until tomorrow into a visible decision.

Holding In Urine

A 3D bladder character cinched by a rope makes the strain readable through character design rather than anatomy.

Change in Urine Odour

A blue restroom door with a hand-lettered cardboard sign handles an awkward topic with dry humour.

Infections During Ramadan

A curled calendar page with a crescent marks the season, set on pale blue with the headline dropped to the base.

World Cancer Day

An awareness-day post built on the campaign's navy ground and blue headline lockup.

Ramadan Habits Reminder

A Ramadan frame carrying seasonal health advice, with the Arabic question stacked over a quiet, low-contrast ground.

Ramadan Mubarak Greeting

A greeting post where the Arabic lettering becomes the composition and ornament is kept deliberately sparse.

Daily Water Intake

A hydration reminder kept plain, letting the campaign's blue palette carry an everyday instruction.

Essential Screening Tests

A list-led layout that ranks the tests worth booking inside the campaign's Arabic type hierarchy.

Before Ramadan Checklist

A preparation post that opens the fasting series and sets its visual rules for the month ahead.

Saudi Founding Day

A Founding Day greeting adapted to the practice's own identity rather than generic national artwork.
